About the project
I built the MVP version of a new Automations platform for sales and service teams. I collaborated closely with engineers to understand backend capabilities and validated the user experience through rigorous testing on UserTesting.com. The scope included designed two core sections: a comprehensive content editor for templates and a real-time dashboard for monitoring active automations.

Beyond the MVP, I developed and presented a comprehensive vision for integrating
automations across the entire Nextiva service ecosystem.
The success of the MVP, validated by positive user feedback, proved pivotal for the
company. It directly influenced the strategic decision to build a fully integrated,
advanced version of Automations within NextivaOne, the company's new flagship
CRM-oriented application.
