About the project
I designed a completely new user experience for Survey Builder, a key extension of NextivaOne (the company's flagship CRM product). My challenge was to modernize and significantly improve a legacy product that had been built years prior with minimal design oversight.

The Director of Design and key stakeholders praised the new design as a dramatic
improvement over the existing version, highlighting the enhanced usability and modern
aesthetic.
During the concept phase, I participated in a parallel design exploration with another
senior designer to push the boundaries of what was possible. While my colleague's
concept was ultimately selected for its specific visual direction, the decision was
described as incredibly difficult, with leadership noting the high quality and strong
user experience of both proposals. My contributions played a vital role in shaping the
final vision of the product.
